How and where do we meet?

Most people opt for a Zoom call. Once an appointment is scheduled you will receive an email with a private secured Zoom link. For those who desire in person, we will meet at Heartland Community Church in Medina, OH on Tuesdays or Thursdays.

How do I make payments?

Venmo is the preferred electronic choice of payment. Paypal is a secondary option. If these electronic forms of payment are not possible, other arrangements can be made. Payments are due following your sessions.

Any chance insurance covers appointments?

No, I wish they did, but this service is not covered in health insurance wellness plans even though it does just that.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes. Absolutely. Part of the ethical conduct for Spiritual Directors is strict confidentiality. While you are always free to share anything from sessions with whomever you chose, we hold sessions in confidence. The only exception is if a person is a danger to themselves, others or a minor.

Can I refer someone to try spiritual direction?

Yes. The best compliment you can give us is a referral. Spiritual direction is less familiar than counseling or therapy so it helps others understand the benefits if you share your experiences. Thank you!
